Steve Boersma joined the staff of VCN NorCal/NV in 2016. Professionally, Steve started his career in the High Tech industry. He moved on to pastor for eleven years (most of that time serving as the executive pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Los Gatos, California). An expert on most things related to the “business” side of ministry, Steve went on to have a successful consulting career working with ministers, churches, and other faith-based organizations for almost 30 years. He has technical expertise in a broad range of areas including: strategic planning; board governance; corporate governance, set-up & dissolutions; business operations; accounting & financial management; and ministerial compensation and taxes.
Steve is available to VCN NorCal/NV member churches to answer questions or assist with business related issues and questions.
